We want you to be happy with your Galaxy Tees order.

Because many of our items are printed to order, please check your size, colour and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Non-personalised items may be returned if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty, damaged or we have made an error with your order. This includes items printed with names, numbers, years, custom text, images or other customer-supplied details.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your return or refund.
